Before leaving our factory, every hydraulic cylinder undergoes strict pressure testing to ensure reliability and durability in demanding applications:

• Sealing Integrity - Both internal and external seals are tested under pressure to confirm there is no leakage
• Load-Bearing Capacity - The cylinder is subjected to working pressure levels to verify it can withstand the designed load
• Weld Strength & Structural Integrity - All welded joints are carefully inspected under pressure to ensure complete durability

Testing Procedure: Each cylinder is placed on a hydraulic test bench, where pressure is gradually applied during operation.
